Our Little Kenzie is 1!! Not to sound familiar, but it REALLY does seem like yesterday that we brought her home. This first year has flown by. It's been so different having a baby girl. I wasn't sure I could be a 'girly' momma but, sister, you've made me one! It's SO MUCH FUN! I couldn't have imagined what a blessing it would be to have such a sweet girl. Sugar and spice, snails and puppy dog tails, now we have it all! We love you soooo much!!!
You have accomplished so much in your first year of life! Some of the things you've done this year are:
- crawl super fast (and almost walk:))
- say uh-oh, da-da, ma-ma, bubba, pretty, more (sign), please (sign), GG, bye-bye
- point at what you want
- hold up your finger to tell us how old you are
- point to your eyes, nose, ears, teeth
- sleep through the night (FYI: this took a LONG time:))
- You have 3 teeth and LOTS more coming in
- When you go to sleep, you have to have your paci and blankie (you rub your blankie on your nose until you fall asleep; so sweet!)
